                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY TO ENTER INTO A
                   MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ADDENDA THERETO
                   WITH SOUTH CENTRAL BELL FOR A PAGING SYSTEM
                   AND CIRCUIT PACKS TOGETHER WITH ALL
                   REPLACEMENTS, PARTS, REPAIRS, ADDITIONS AND
                   ACCESSORIES INCORPORATED THEREIN, PLUS
                   INSTALLATION THEREOF, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                   EXCEED ONE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-
                   EIGHT AND 02/100 DOLLARS ($1,738.02) PER
                   MONTH FOR A TERM OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Safety be and is hereby authorized to enter into a Master 
Lease
       Agreement with Addenda thereto with South Central Bell for a
       paging system and circuit packs together with all replacements,
       parts, repairs, additions and accessories incorporated therein,
       plus installation thereof, for an amount not to exceed $1,738.02
       per month for a term of 60 months.
